 PlaySmart puts you in control of real-life scenarios where you'll navigate tough decisions about prescription drugs, peer pressure, and personal safety through interactive conversations and mini-games. Build essential life skills like refusal power and risk assessment as you progress through realistic situations like visiting the dentist or attending parties, with choices that actually matter and diverse characters you can relate to. 

  The ReFresh program is a Tier 2 educational program designed to provide valuable insights and tools to guide youth in making healthier choices around nicotine products. This evidence informed program focuses on education and skill development, rather than punishment. Through five interactive lessons youth will explore the reasons behind vaping, understand its effects, and learn strategies for positive changes. 

  SmokeScreen is a game about building your personal network of friends while dealing with the risks from people who don't always do the right thing, such as using tobacco products. Choose your friends wisely! Some people will help you move forward with your goals, but others may tempt you with unhealthy choices. 

 PLAYTEST! is an interactive world in which the player, using an Avatar (virtual

character) they have created, "travels" through life in high school. They face

challenges that bring different risks and benefits, requiring them to practice

decision-making skills. The player has the ability to see how their choices affect

their life and subsequently are able to move back in time to see how different

actions might lead to different outcomes. By navigating challenges in a

meaningful way, the player learns skills that translate to real life, empowering

them to make safe choices in situations that may otherwise increase their risk

for HIV/STI infection.

  Learn the basics in a quick 30 to 45 minutes for youth and adults

16 First aid videos to choose from. Completing both CPR and First Aid, approximately. 1 and a half to 2 hours, depending on the size of the class. With 10 of our manikins, we can have up to 20 people in a class.

Class is absolutely free. They do not have to pay for any online classes or a card.

 This flexible, evidence-based nutrition curriculum is designed for leading nutrition education group workshops with adults, and there are various versions for teens/kids. The interactive, learner-centered activities and discussions support participants’ food and nutrition literacy, nutrition security, and adoption of healthy dietary and lifestyle habits.

Program Learning Objectives

Personal Self-Management Skills
Students develop skills that enhance self-esteem, strengthen problem-solving, help them reduce stress and anxiety, and manage anger.

General Social Skills
Students gain skills to meet personal challenges such as overcoming shyness, communicating clearly, building relationships, and avoiding violence.

Drug Resistance Skills
Students build effective defenses against pressures to use tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs. That works for you.

We have the following version available:

Elementary, Middle School, High School, and transitions for High School Seniors

Free 1-hour class which earns the parent a pack-and-play and a sleep sack upon completion. The training also included BREATHE and an introduction to preeclampsia. *Items are while supplies last.

Students learn how to prevent unsafe situations and what to do when faced with dangers such as power failures or weather emergencies.

Students learn tips to manage behavior that will help them stay in control of themselves and the children in their care. Students also learn the ages and stages of child development, as well as practice diapering.

Learning skills such as choking rescue and CPR is often students’ favorite part of the class. Students also learn a system to help them assess and respond to injuries and illnesses. (CPR is a modular option that may be included.)

The ability to screen jobs, discuss fees, and greet employers will set students up for success now and in the future. Students practice these skills through various role plays.
